The Finance Department is responsible for the financial day-to-day operations of ?Esdilagh First Nation. This department is responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deposits, Banking Transactions, Budgeting and preparation for the Yearly Audit. Finance provides necessary support to the Program Managers through processing financial transactions in accordance with the Finance Policy and Procedures manual, keeping accurate financial records, and providing updated financial information in a timely manner.

The Health Department promotes the well being and physical health of ?Esdilagh community citizens. This department plans and delivers health-related services.
Through the Tsilhqot'in Health Hub, ?Esdilagh has access to professional services such as Dieticians, Physiotherapists, Doctors, Nurses, Spiritual Healers. See below for a schedule of services coming to the community.

The Social Development Department processes income assistance for ?Esdialgh members living on reserve. This department is responsible for reporting and processing applications to Indian Affairs Canada. The Education Department handles all education related matters from elementary school to high school through to post-secondary. This department reviews post-secondary applications and processes them for potential education funding.
