The Finance Department is responsible for the financial day-to-day operations of ?Esdilagh First Nation. This department is responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deposits, Banking Transactions, Budgeting and preparation for the Yearly Audit.

Finance provides necessary support to the Program Managers through processing financial transactions in accordance with the Finance Policy and Procedures manual, keeping accurate financial records, and providing updated financial information in a timely manner.

Arlene Horutko, Finance Manager

Arlene has been working with the ?Esdilagh First Nation in Finance since April 2017. Arlene carries with her over 30 years of bookkeeping experience. She has completed a Carrier Cultural Lanaguage Certificate from the University of Northern British Columbia, Quesnel Campus.

Previous to working with the EFN Arlene worked for Over The Highway (OTH) Transportation for eighteen years and performed dispatch, accounts payable, compliance and logistical duties. Prior to working wiht the OTH Arlene worked as a paramedic for ten years.
